Shiv Kumar Nair
   

Shiv Kumar Nair has joined International Watch Society as INDIA HEAD.
Mr. Nair holds a Post-graduate degree in Public Administration. His expertise includes Communication, Co-ordination & Public Relations.

Mr. Nair is fluent in several languages, including English, Hindi, and Malayalam. He has worked for Govt. of India for 23 years. He took up Voluntary Retirement in 2006 to pursue his various interests.

In the private sector, Mr. Nair worked as head of event management for Global Galaxy, Mumbai since his retirement from Government service. His passion has always been to serve the needy and under privileged segments of society. He has been involved in extensive Social Welfare Activities in Delhi & Mumbai, in the field of Consumer Rights Awareness & Environmental Protection.

Mr. Nair has done various programmes to educate the people of their Rights & Protection under various Social Welfare Forums & Human Rights Organizations.

At IWS, Mr. Nair is involved in public relations, planning, strategizing, and communications with government officials, various organizations, etc.

Minati Panigrahi
   

Minati Panigrahi, a graduate in Arts, is the Administrative Manager. In addition, she is also in charge of the Kujang office in Jagatsinghpur District in Orissa.

Minati is looking after the Office administration and Public Relation activities of IWS. She has been an active part of the medical camps conducted by the International Watch Society in various parts of the State of Orissa, as well as in areas affected by the Posco project.

Minati keeps in touch & regularly takes stock of the welfare of those to be affected by the company in Jagatsinghpur District. IWS reaches out to the men, women, and children caught up in the crossfire of the various groups within the affected zone - for example, those in the Posco transit camp through the IWS office in Kujang.

Minati also does liaison work for IWS with the Govt. agencies & other NGO’s. She also represents IWS in the conference conducted by Council of Analytical Tribal Studies (COATS), Koraput, in connection with the major program for the study of the tribal population (funded by IWS) in the entire Koraput District of Orissa. Minati also directs the camps conducted by IWS for tribal people – for example, in the communities at Shaliasahi, Bhubaneswar.

Rajendra Kumar Pattnaik
   

Rajendra Kumar Pattnaik is the Project Coordinator at International Watch Society. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Chemistry as well as a Msc. Degree from Utkal University.

 Shri Patnaik worked at TISCO (a TATA Group) as a Process Technician for 15 years. He took voluntary retirement in 2001 to pursue other interests, mainly social welfare activities. Shri Patnaik has extensive experience in hosting and managing health camps for the poor and disabled, event management, and logistics.

Shri Patnaik looks after the Backup Operations, Infrastructure needs & Logistic Support for IWS. He is an important part of the IWS team, looking after arrangement of Seminars, Rehabilitation & Health Camps, Liaison with Govt. Agencies & other NGO’s, and keeping track of the latest developments related to IWS Agenda.
